Kirkens Korshær Kompasset did not have permission to open for homeless to sleep in a bed during the night. EAHR assisted with an application to change the current use regarding the local planning from business/industry land to a social place with overnight stays.

To improve space quality and give more value to the common indoor areas of Kompasset, EAHR and Kirkens Korshær made a strategy for more outdoor projects on a 500 m2 parking space in front of the building that could benefit the homeless users, as well as the local community and neighbors. We consulted with users, neighbors, and staff about their wishes.
